Falls Creek Road is scheduled to be closed to through traffic for most of the day beginning around 8 am on Wednesday morning, July 29th while necessary tree removal and cleanup is being done.

Signage, physical barriers, and safety cones will be placed at the intersection of Whispering Springs Road and Falls Creek Road for traffic going down and at the bottom of Falls Creek Road for traffic coming up.

We ask that you obey the road closures for the safety of the workers and to avoid any damage to your vehicles. Please use Knob Road and Williamson Creek during this time.

The Falls Creek Property Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held on August 1, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the Williamson Creek Community Center. Doors open at 10 a.m.. We encourage all property owners to attend. Agenda items will include the following.

• Treasurer’s Report.
• President’s Report.
• Announcement of the c.p.i. adjusted Annual Maintenance Fee for 2021-2022.
• Board Members nominations - two board member positions need to be filled each with terms expiring.
• Issues and concerns from Association Members.

Directions: From Knob Road, proceed to Williamson Creek Road. Take a right onto Williamson Creek Road and proceed for approximately ½ mile, crossing a bridge to Williamson Creek Community Center Road on your left. The road bears a bit to the left up a hill approximately 200 yards.
