The Falls Creek Property Owners Association Annual Meeting will be held on August 2, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Williamson Creek Community Center. Doors open at 10 a.m.. We encourage all property owners to attend. Agenda items will include the following.

• Treasurer’s Report.
• President’s Report.
• Announcement of the c.p.i. adjusted Annual Maintenance Fee for 2026-2027.
• Need for maintenance and repair of roads, culverts, and ditches.
• Possible ways to handle ongoing hazard to Falls Creek Road from Helene damage.
• Board Members nominations - two board member terms end this year; assuming there is a quorum (including proxies), we will vote to fill these positions.
• Issues and concerns from Association Members.

Directions: From Knob Road, proceed to Williamson Creek Road. Take a right onto Williamson Creek Road and proceed for approximately ½ mile, crossing a bridge, to Williamson Creek Community Center Road on your left. The road bears a bit to the left up a hill approximately 200 yards.
